The ride for Thursday, December 10, will be Peachy Canyon, counterclockwise, returning via Vineyard Drive and Hwy 101 to Joebella’s, for refreshments. Here are the particulars:
Meet at 9:00 a.m. at the Veterans Memorial of the Atascadero Lake Park. Ride out Amapoa to Curbaril, turn right and proceed through the intersection at El Camino Real and continue onto Sycamore. Follow Sycamore to Capistrano, turn left and left again on Mercedes, followed by another left on Highway 41. We will then turn left on Templeton Road, right on Lupine, right again on El Pomar, left on Hollyhock, lefton Neal Spring and right on River Road. We will follow River Road north into Paso Robles, then turn left on Niblick, right on Spring, followed by a left on Third Street, right on Vine and left onto Pacific, which becomes Peachy Canyon Road. We will stay on Peachy until it ends at Vineyard Drive, where we will turn left and proceed to Hwy 101. We will go south to San Ramon and make our way to ECR and onto Joebella’s for coffee. Those wishing additional miles can return to the start via the west hills of Atascadero.
