TTT Ride Thursday, December 6 @ 8:30am

Tomorrow’s ride will be ‘social’ in nature and ridden at a relaxed pace.  All are invited  to attend.

The ride for Thursday, December 6, will be a Tour of Santa Margarita, followed by an out-and-back to Santa Margarita Lake and refreshments at Cricket’s. Here are the particulars:

Meet at 8:30 a.m. at the Veterans Memorial of the Atascadero Lake Park.  Ride out Amapoa, turn right on Curbariland follow it as it turns into Sycamore.  Continue on Sycamore to a left turn on Capristrano, followed by another left on Mercedes. Up the hill, and then left on Highway 41 to a right turn on Rocky Canyon.  Follow Rocky Canyon to Halcon and onto Via Camino.  A left turn will take us to Santa Barbara where we turn left and follow this onto Los Palos and Santa Clara, where we turn left.  A right on Sandoval will take us to El Camino, where we turn left.   We will make a diversion off of El Camino through Garden Farms, then return to El Camino, going south past Highway 58, and continuing through the metropolis of Santa Margarita to the intersection of El Camino Real and Wilhelmina Avenue, where we will turn left. We will take another quick left turn at I Street, and follow it north all the way back to Highway 58. We will turn right there and take 58 to the intersection of Pozo Road, where we will bear right. We will then ride out Pozo Road to the turnoff for Santa Margarita Lake, where we will turn leftand ride out to the Lake. After regrouping and completing our inspection of the Lake, we will turn around and ride back to Pozo Road, where we will turn right.  Follow Pozo Road to ECR where we turn right, and ride to a right turn on Viejo Camino.  Continue to ECR again, and onto Cricket’s for coffee.
