TTT Ride Tuesday, April 17 @ 8:30am

The ride for Tuesday, April 17, will be the Creston Loop, clockwise, via Highway 41, 229 and Rocky Canyon, returning to Bru for refreshments. Here are the particulars:

Meet at 8:30 a.m. at the Veterans Memorial of the Atascadero Lake Park. Ride out Amapoa, right on Curbaril, through the intersection with El Camino Real and continue on Curbaril as it turns into Sycamore.  Make a left on Capistrano, left on Mercedes and a left on Highway 41. From there we will go left on Templeton Road and right on South El Pomar and up the Chicago Grade. We will follow South El Pomar to the Pomar Junction, turn right on El Pomar, right again on Cripple Creek, left on Highway 41 and right onto Highway 229 to Creston, where there will be a brief regrouping stop at the store in Creston.

From Creston we will continue south, up and then down the climb, until we come to the end of 229, where we will turn right onto Highway 58 and follow it all the way to El Camino Real in Santa Margarita. We will turn right and proceed north on El Camino Real to Sandoval Road, where we will turn right, then left on Santa Clara, right on Los Palos into Santa Barbara, followed by another right turn on Viejo Camino and a right turn again onto Halcon Road. Then we will make a left turn at Rocky Canyon, which we will take back to Highway 41, where we will turn left. After going over the bridge, we will turn right on Mercedes and left on Capistranoto West Mall. There we will make a right turn followed by another right turn on Olmeda, a left on Traffic Way and a right at El Camino Real to Bru for refreshments.
